Yup, if it wasn't for unions all workers would be working minimum wage, long hours with no overtime pay, and no benefits....... One of the main reasons the UAW started was GM and Ford gave retirement for 30 years service, but fired or laid off 97% of workers in their 29 th year. Guess if ya push people too far, they tend to push back ;-D
